It is not required, just optional. Ways it can be helpful to you include:

• You can bookmark your favorite properties, browse your shortlist later, and add/remove properties from your list.

• You answer a questionaire about your desired location and property specifications so that all our agents can help you.

• When you do a search, some of these choices become your defaults for your next search, so that you don't need to keep entering in all your search specifications (location, property type, budget, bedrooms) or you can change these on the fly.

If you choose not to create an account, that's OK. You can just browse the database and inquire property-by-property by clicking on the button for "Enquire about this one property" instead of the button for "Add this property to favorites". You'll just need to enter your name and email address every time.

Alternatively, you can just click on the button on the top of the page for "Contact" and just send us a freestyle message about what you're looking for.

Any of these ways is fine. Creating an account is just one of your options. Just choose whichever way you prefer.
