The house is located just two minutes perpendicular from an expressway entrance, just 15 minutes from the city center, right off Bang Na Trad road, which is arguably the best expressway for accessing the city center, with exits at Klongtoey (near Sukhumvit 24), Petchburi Road near Sukhumvit 71, Rama 4 Road near Sathorn, Narawatiwas Road, Sathorn by the river and near Silom, and Petchburi Road by Wireless Road. There are additional expressway routes and exits, of course, but these are the shortest and most common. The airport is quickly accessible in the opposite direction, though the house is way out of range of the airplane noise (and all ambient noise; it's a generally quiet location). Because you are east of the city, you can get to/from the airport without needing to go thru the city center traffic or any city expressway interchanges, thereby reducing risk of commute time to the airport even during bad traffic times.
